Super stardust HD...Trophies

I amit it I bought that game just so I could see how the trophies work. I was really lucky because the game turned out great.(I dont recommend you buy a game sololy on trophies because it send the wrong message to delevelopers saying "Hey if you making crappy games but easy to get trophies then I buy it.")

But on the other hand if you want trophies more installed into the PS3 library of games, I say to you that you sould support the games that include trophies because it will encourage the developers to install trophies into there games. Just dont sink as long as buying a barbie game just so you can get trophies:)

Same its a real awesome game. Hope they get some trophies for Fatal Inertia because I'm playing that like crazy right now.

I really like Fatal Inertia too. Its like a weird hybrid with Wipeout sleds on Jet Moto tracks!

yea, it's a great game. I have 11 trophies so far. pushed my gamer level up to 2.

Can I get trophies with the demo of Super Stardust? I've tried to get some of them, but it's impossible because the demo doesn't give you enough time in arcade mode. Getting five tokens with one boost sounds possible but I thought I've already done that but the trophy is still locked. (But Super Stardust is still an awesome game)

Anyone know when trophies are supposed to be available for other games too? I thought I heard Warhawk trophies are availble now but after playing a full match online, nothing came up under the menu.

I bought Fatal Intertia cause I wanted to see if it would let me play offline and on a different account in preperartion for Wipeout HD. I just happened to end up liking the game anyways.

The trophy patch for SSHD is still available however you need 2.40 in order to take advantage of it.

I highly doubt you'll be able to get trophies for demoes of games. Every Xbox Live Arcade game has a demo. The demo will tell you when you could have unlocked an achievement, but it tells you to buy the full game to unlock it. I would guess that Sony will treat trophies the same way.

I played SSDHD last night and got 6 or 7 trophies. I prefer the achievement system on the 360, but that's probably because I'm so used to it. I'm glad Sony is trying something different. We don't need everything on all the consoles to be exactly the same.

You'll be prompted for an update before SSHD loads.

I just wish the trophies were a little harder. Most of them won't be too difficult to achieve. Maybe some point challenges but oh well. It will be interesting to see what's in the new multiplayer add on.Silverdragon17
