so what exactly do these things do and how can I use them to maximize my picture quality. btw i have a sony bravia 40 inch 1080p LCD TV

I'm pretty sure RGB full gives you deeper reds blues, and greens, giving you much richer colors and effectively negating the 'faded' look that some reviewers say all Ps3 games have. Super White... I think it enhances blacks? Not sure... tech is NOT my thing.

Put the one on full and the other one on on if you are using HDMI
