Support SEGA and the Yakuza series!

New on Change.org, we have started an effort that will benefit both SEGA of America and its fans. Please support SEGA and the Yakuza franchise by petitioning for desired digital content and localization. Signing only takes 30 seconds, "none" or "anonymous" may be used in street address fields, and there are absolutely no drawbacks to the campaign. It's good for everyone, whether you're a Yakuza fan or not!

In the spirit of "Operation Rainfall" and "Dark Souls for PC", we want the bosses at SEGA of America to know that the gamers are paying attention, and if they listen to what the gamers really want, we will gladly line their pockets with our hard-earned cash!

This petition is designed to forward SEGA's agenda for digital distribution while also appealing to long-term desire for certain localization projects.

Doesn't buying the game show the same exact thing? Why not make a big push for people to go out and buy game to, you know, actually show demand?

Don't ask people who don't want Yakuza to sign that. That'll be of absolutely no help.

I'll support them with my money if they deserve it. No petition necessary.

series wasn't that great anyway, reminded me of an old, old game i use to play on ps2 called urban reign, the yakuza series played almost identical to it just with slightly better graphics..

Well since your petition only seems to include Sega of America that makes me think why should I sign it considering it's Sega Europe that publish games where I live. I don't need to sign it anyway I've already bought Yakuza 3, 4 and Dead Souls on release.

I use to sign online petitions, but they don't really accomplish anything... I do love Yakuza games, but I'll just support them by getting Yakuza 5.

SEGA needs to get their sh*t in gear and stop releasing terrible games before I'm willing to support them again.

It's like at the moment the Dreamcast died, everyone at SEGA completely lost the drive and will to create unique, fun games.

Sega needs to bring back a new version of streets of rage to the ps3.

just recently finished Yak3 , playing Yak4 atm , and already bought Yak5 which is waiting in queue after i finish Yak4 , i must say its one of the best games ive played on my ps3 , it has that old school arcade feel with cool graphics and RPG elements, lots of replay value and thats why i love it

There's a huge following for the game, and I'm sure all future "Yakuza" games will get distribution in & outside Japan... I'm not really sure why this petition thing is needed? Sega knows a cash cow when they see one... People who like the series are rabid. It's no secret...
