Just wondering. I mean we all prefer a different style of fighting in games. So I want to see which most prefer.
And if you pick "I don't care if it works good I don't care what you give me". Then tell which one you want to work best in a game.

You should use that when a topic doesn't have a reply in a while so it moves off the first page of new topics to "bump" the thread to the first page. This should also not be abused.
swords pwn. this is just like the "which is better, ninjas or pirates?" topic. but in the end, everyone knows a ninjas gonna win.
anyways, going back to the topic at hand, we dont have enough "good" sword games. ninja gaiden was fantastic, assassins creed is shaping up to be great, but in a gaming world dominated by the FPS i think we should get some good block-counter-slash someones head off action. cause theres nothin better haha
I went with all of the above. I like having options. Keeps it fresh. But, at the end of the day, swords always get my vote. I want more Swords FP[S] games, like that one for the Dreamcast (whose name I can't for the life of me remember)
edit: Maken X, that was the game i was thinking of.
BUMP.
Now then let's see if I get more posts by bumping this back up around the same time I posted it yesterday.
everyone knows that guns>>>>>>>>>>>>>>swords. While you're watching someone swinging a sword around trying to show off, you just lift up your sawn off lever action and shoot them. Juggernaut140
Real life thats true, but in anime and videogames not so true.
I'm going with guns.
There are some nice sword-games (hoping Assassins Creed will be one) but in most games it's too much "smash the buttons" for me
