system update error

i brought the game ff7:crisis core it said i needed to update to version 3.95 i tried to do it but before it could get started it comes up with a error message saying "cannot start game DADADA" i went to my nearest game store and tried buying another disk and that disk did not work so the psp was the main problem the store employees did not know what to do about it so is there anyone on here that can give me suggestions on what to do?

yea u go on the far left of ur XMB and it should saynetwork update well u select that and follow the instructionsmbigboss21

if you want to update then i just you follow what he/she says above. But as for the psp games not being able to start that might be a problem with your psp. So either you can try another disc and see if that works or you could send your psp to Sony if your warranty is still valid.
