I'm pretty sure you can take it on the plane. I took a gameboy advance on a plane before and had no problems. Better yet just search the internet for more info.

Yeah, it's okay to take a PSP on a plane, well I'm in the UK and it's perfectly normal here. Just don't put it on before take off, put it on when you're in the air.

I don't think it's legal to steal your psp, unless you rigged it to explode or something... "That kid's got a PSP, GET HIM!"

As everyone else says, you should be perfectly fine. I've flown many times with my DS/PSP and had no problems at all.

You should be fine. I think they would know if you try modifying it to a bomb.

I haven't been on a plane since before 01.... but from what I can remember, they have an announcement of when you are allowed to turn on electrical devices. As for them confiscating it.... I doubt they'll do that. However... as greedy as they are getting.... bet they charge you 15 bucks for the bag that you store it in....

You can take the PSP on the paine but you can't play while you're on board, because it can interfere with it's system, witch could make the plaine crash.

Basicly no one can turn on any thing lke PSP's Notebooks, mobile phones, MP3 players,etc...

You cant play during take off but u can play when they say its safe to turn on electrical devices (when you are up in the air).
