to be honest i think it depends on the region. I remember downloading tekken 5 dr and it took no longer than 30 minutes.. but i hear stories of it taking longer.. but since there is background downloading now... it should be easier on you to download the content ey?
as for the game itself, it's an arcade port. and someone mentioned above all the goodies that it comes with.. which is actually none... what separates it from the psp version?

it's just the arcade version of tekken 5 dr for only 20dollars. if you play with other people a lot then it's a steal comparing it to the loot you spend in the arcades playing the game.
also, it's a bit of a hassle to play with multiple player data in vs mode.Â
