The Agency looks good!

I, for one, am excited about this. The Agency actually looks like a very promising title, I mean just look at the Trailor. Im not sure why everyone seems dissappointed by this announcement. I definitly think it was a great announcement, maybe not ultra hype, but definitly something to be excited about. The graphics aren't mind blowing, but the video is of the game at an ealry stage of production. To me it's the idea that counts... Potential galore.. I cant wait to play some tactical online co-op, with an ever changing experience and lots of locales..

IM defenetly hyped about this one:D

oh and for the graphics, ITS AN MMOFPS/Stealth game FFS! If you expect 10 000 people online in the same world with UT3 graphics then something is very very wrong with you!

Good point! Seriously, even if that was gameplay footage at realease i would still be hyped. Considering its MMO! C'mon It's a good time to own a PS3

you are correct sir! i dont understand why people are poo pooing this game. i was thinking about a game like this a while ago so im hyped that someone is doing it. i just hope theres no monthly fee. i tend to not play a game (even if i really love it) more than a few hours a week. i may even not play for a couple of weeks at a time. micro-transactions would be cool, but for the love of god no monthly fees.

people who want to know more should really check out All Games pod-cast. the had an interview on the 11th that just makes the game seem even more cool.

But seriously, it may have lacked detail, but it was FAR from cartoony... Take what else is goin on into consideration, thats not a pre graphically designed single player campaign. Those are most likely custom characters representing different players from across the server, performing tasks more complex then just point and shoot. This is a big step forward IMO.

Im looking forward to this game If it delivers its gonna be great:) To me for a mmorpg its looks amazing I mean do people expect killzone 2 mmo? cause that isnt even possible

compare that game to any mmo and it TOWERS over them in terms of graphics

I agree. This game looks very good.

the only complaint i've seen or heard was that the graphics aren't looking too good. what was shown was an early build and for that reason you morons need to learn to be patient instead of crying and complaining about something you know nothing about.

Listen to the voice of reason(eventhough his avatar appears to be mooning me), the graphics are pretty good, I think most people weren't expecting it to be a little cartoony. Normally I don't like MMO's, but I'm feeling this game, it's gonna be awesome.

I know its really not.I think to them it is cause they only played games with good graphics.

I realize that the game wasn't meant to be graphically cutting edge. It's going for more of a lighter feel with its caricature-styled setting.

That's not the reason I'm turned off by it though.

While funny, it just doesn't look THAT appealing.

gameplay comes first as graphics is secondary however it still counts in someways blimey some people have no taste all they mention oh the graphics look crap i ain't buying it lol u call urself a true gamer? gameplay matter more than anything, because it would sad getting a game with good graphics and terrible gameplay. It is like everyone expects every game to look as good as GOW or the new Halo come on it doesn't work the way not every game will look that good on next gen. anyway it is ur choice u can for graphics or gameplay or just both however at the end of the day it matters how long u will play the game. From my view i am pretty sure this game could do pretty well and looks pretty cool another il have on my list.

Well... theres this game called Huxley. It looks pretty damn good to me. None the less, graphics aren't everything and I am intrigued by the theme and gameplay elements of 'The Agency'. Hope it turns out good.

The reason why it looks "Cartoony" cuz the game has humor and comedy involved in it. Sort of like "the incredibles"
This is what the developers were aiming for..

If some of you think The Agency looks too cartoony and crap, then don't bother playing Valve's Team Fortress 2.T-Zone

yeah i was thinking the same thing...the gfx look alot like team fortress 2...maybe a little less cartoony...and i think the gfx look pretty good..and even though did WoW suck because the gfx are cartoony...imo this game looks great

I just read the "First look" here at GS and one thing surprised me this ( quote from article) :

"After a brief, action-packed road trip the spies arrived at their destination--a district controlled by a dangerous Lithuanian gang known as The Bones"

As I'm Lithuanian I got really intrigued :P and this game is more oriented in to action thats something new. Because those swords and bows got really tired in the RPG section , new stuff is good as long as it's done properly. I wonder what size monthly fee will be.

I still don't get what's wrong with a cartoony game. Team Fortress 2 looks cartoony, but that doesn't mean it looks bad. It's just a different style.

For example, take Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction: It's got to be one of the best looking games shown on PS3 so far, and the PS2 titles were some of my all-time favorite games. If anything, the so called "cartoonish" presentation only adds to the style and humor of the games.

This game could do very well i think only they manage to advertise it well and get more people interested by this new type of game completely different to the others on the console. It is good for once this time this game isn't like all others basically the same time for a change sometime especially on a next-gen console.
