Why dude why
Final Fantasy XIII.
It doesn't even deserve to be called that, so from now on it shall be known as Raging Hangover XIII.
Red Dead Redemption... or Mass Effect 2, can't decide yet, but probably the first.

What didn't you like about Mass Effect 2?

I AGREE! It killed me to play it.HEY! Mass Effect 2 was AWESOME!Red Dead Redemption... or Mass Effect 2, can't decide yet, but probably the first.

Black Ops...
Many people dont like COD, I know, but it doesnt matter cuz they arent goign to pay $60 for it.
However for many COD fans on PS3, black ops is a disaster of COD series...
Poor resolution, slow framerate, connection problems, and many other bugs make it very hard to enjoy it even for COD fans...
What didn't you like about Mass Effect 2?
The so called more dynamic combat system didn't work for me, also it lost some RPG features that made Mass Effect 1 an awesome game. I felt like playing "uncharted sci-fi" more than an RPG, as everybody calls it. I'll probably play it on the PS3 to continue the story though, hoping ME·3 will have more RPG features back.

Ahh, I can agree with that... a lot of RPG features were taken out, but I can't say I wasn't too enthralled in the universe to really care. It could have been an FPS and I still would be obsessed with the rich detail these games had. I ended up reading every planet description in both games, lol. The books give a lot of background info, too.

You're mightier the man than I if you were able to finish that crap. I got stuck at the first boss you fight in that crystal looking forest, where it's just Lightning and Hope, and I really couldn't care less about beating it.
Waste of good $50.

Oh? I see. You think I finished it? Oh no, Bro. I had every character....but.........I did NOT finish it, I swear if Versus Xlll lets me down, I will be one T'd off brother.This. I loved the game and even platinum'd it, but I was still so so sorely disappointed. After imagining the possibilities for what it could have been after ALL that time, seeing what they actually put out there was a real slap in the face. The fact that it was even called Final Fantasy still baffles me to a certain degree.Final Fantasy Xlll.

Here's to hoping Versus doesn't repeat this game's mistakes.Crap Ops, oops I mean black ops :?gmaster456This was very much overhyped & I am glad I wasn't swept up with this one.
[QUOTE="gmaster456"]Crap Ops, oops I mean black ops :?MusashiSensiThis was very much overhyped & I am glad I wasn't swept up with this one. Same here. 4 years of nothing but different box art is enough for me.That and that the PS3 version of black ops is a POS. I'm done with COD
Crap Ops, oops I mean black ops :?gmaster456I really liked Black Ops compared to the others. They actually put it a well-scripted COHESIVE story that turned out to have a great little twist at the end. I'm not a big fan of COD multiplayer, though, so I usually forego that portion of the disc all together. However, much like the MW2's Spec Ops, I found the Combat Training to be a very fun and well implemented alternative to the online multiplayer.
Red Dead Redemption.
I personally didn't like it very much.

Bayonetta sucked too. She looked like Sarah Palin, ergo it sucked and was declared disturbing.This. I loved the game and even platinum'd it, but I was still so so sorely disappointed. And we have a winner !! Ya, don't even know where to begin but atleast I can shoot some zombies.
I'd like to add that as some were disappointed with GT5, it is advertised as "The Real Driving Simulator" and if you bought it thinking you can have a driving simulator without a steering wheel then I bet you were disappointed because you didn't get to expierence what PD worked so hard accomplishing which is the simulator part which again was advertised 8)
[QUOTE="yokofox33"]Ummmmm..........WHAT?!Red Dead Redemption.

I couldn't even play it because it was so damn glitchy. It freezes in the exact same spot everytime for me making it impossible to progress in the story. It's basically GTA with a Western coat to it. Just wasn't feeling it at all.

^Unfortunately this. What a technical disaster.
Read Dead Redemption. Amazing first impression and New Austin was fun but after that, everything was going downhill fast. Mexico and Blackwater environment part was too plain compared to New Austin. Bad missions and story development all the way from Mexico to the end.
Next, FFXIII. Average. It has astounding graphic and nice battle system but lack of control. Strictly a rail JRPG, lack of content compared to its predecessor and tack on weapon customization.
Some big title games that others overhyped but I don't have and don't get the appeal.
[QUOTE="Arthas017"]HEY! Mass Effect 2 was AWESOME! These were my 2 favorite games of the year...Red Dead Redemption... or Mass Effect 2, can't decide yet, but probably the first.

Lol, Gears clone? So pretty much any third person shooter with a sci-fi futuristic setting would be a Gears clone in your eyes. . . because you use cover. :?

I have a hard time finding that to be serious LOL. I mean there's not a whole lot of similarities there unless you've not played either game which may very well be the case here.

However, much like the MW2's Spec Ops, I found the Combat Training to be a very fun and well implemented alternative to the online multiplayer. The campaign was OK but is to short has been neglected. I wish we could go back to the good old days when the single player was the main attraction. This generation of gamers is being ruined by the FPS genre almost exlusivley being mainly multiplayer games
Call of Duty: Black Ops - What a complete mess of a multiplayer! Even after most of the technical issues were fixed, it's still not the oh so balanced CoD game people hail it as. Snipers and LMGs aren't worth a pinch of **** and Shotguns are completely random. Statistically speaking, the Famas and AK74u are the 2 best guns in the game. You can look it up here. There's a bunch of other stuff too. The series is dead to me now, this last the nail in the coffin.
I would say GT5(even though I'd be going off general feedback as I haven't played the game) but I thought people stopped caring about that game about 2 years ago.
