So I pre-order it just the other day, loved what I saw, but something I just noticed today. Where is the case for the disc? There is no case for it, and it actually really bothers me. The disc, from what is shown in the Collecter Edition picture, is in a sleeve on the art book. I was really happy, I could not wait for the Collecter Edition, it would be my first one, but now I am rethinking it, all because of this one thing. Does this bother anyone else as much as me? I like everything in it, execpt that one (which I say) is a massive flaw. Your thoughts

Nah I think it looks cool, but if you had a big collection of cases I can understand that being a bummer.

I would have to have a case. I'd have no room to put an art book in my game collection. Plus cases are one of the best parts about video games. They're like the disc's pokeball.

Hm, I see how this would be a problem. I have a suggestion though! Find a DVD case or a game case of a movie or game you don't particularly care for, slide out the paper label from inside the paper's plastic and either print off the casing label from the internet and make your own case or take some sort of paper from your collectors edition with some cool art and slide it in there. It's not the same but maybe with some thought it can be better!

batman: A.A. collectors edition was the same thing. it didnt have a case. what i did was buy a used , printed out a copy of the cover art. put it in a used case that i never used had it lying around. put the game back in (the used one i bought) then took the actual case and cover art and used it for my collectors edition while the used one had a printed cover art and i returned it back to G.S lol

I think all collector's editions should have the hard metal cases myself. I love putting those on my shelf. To not have any case seems unnecessarily cheap. Especially since you are shelling out a lot of $$$ for the collector's edition.

It looks like all the "goodies" go in that nice red laced draw beneath Batman. If you look closely there appears to be a case sized champer behind the statue with a dip for you to be able to pull something out. I'll bet money thats where the games case is placed.

Just put it in a Jewel Case... You play the game not the case.

Personally i think AA had a better collectors set of AC but it is annoying to not have a case for game. Your already paying like 80-100, why cant they just throw an extra $3 worth of case in it.

That entire package looks like shelf-cram. I love Batman, but I don't see the attraction in this case... And the disc DOES have a case, just not a standard plastic like reg'lar issue games. Cheers if it's your thing, but I personally wouldn't spend my money on it.

I would cancel it if I was in your position, I find it to be unacceptable. Why didn't they just include the normal game or a special game case with it? It's not that hard. Most games do that with special editions, but they STILL give you a game case, it's just a different cover art most of the time. Yes it would bother me a hell of alot. I'll just get the normal version like always because I find CE to be full of overpriced worthless crap to be honest...

Not having a case would seriously bother me. Even though i'm a collector i never cared for collectors editions. If it bothers you that much, just cancel your pre-order and get the normal edition.
