Really just about all the exclusives are awesome and pretty varied. Killzone 2 is a good shooter and story, MGS4 is an awesome story and great gameplay, inFAMOUS is a cool game that is kinda like Assassins Creed with powers, Little Big Planet is a very good platformer, and soon God of War 3 for an adventure game.

It's all a matter of opinion, and my opinion follows like this;

InFamous, MGS4, Uncharted.

There are a few I'm still playing that are good, and some I haven't yet played, but it's all a matter of opinion. :)
