The best stealth game ever made?

MGS5 Ground Zeroes by far. Even if I like other stealth games MGS takes the cake.

The Last of Us

Anything other than Splinter Cell Chaos Theory is incorrect.

I'll give you a pass if you said SC Pandora Tomorrow though.

It may not be the best game overall, but I think it has the best stealth gameplay of all: Mark of the Ninja

Hitman: Blood Money. The amount of different ways to kill the target and the open levels let you spend hours experimenting.

I really liked the original Thief.

Dishonored had some good moments also.

Alien Isolation, stealth or death pretty much sums it up.

Thief 1 and 2 (the original two)

MGS3 no contest.

Splinter Cell Chaos Theory for me and it's not even close.

It's easily Thief 2. The level design, sound design, atmosphere and pure tension of it have never been matched in a stealth game.

Hitman Blood Money was also pretty awesome.

Hitman Series - it was pretty hard for me, honestly. I'm not a stealthy gamer. Guns blazing has always been my style.

MGS series. Alpha Protocol would have been an excellent stealth game it wasn't for all the glitches that game had.
