I swear to god, if I have to play through one more half assed invicible enemy WW2 level I'll go nutz.. Loved every OTHER part of the first one though, hopefully they actually stick more to the comics this time.. sounds like they will with the whole "good vs evil" thing, Can't wait to rip the wings of some Angelus :D

True. It was actually quite well recieved. I loved the game & actually replayed it in order to get some of the comic books I missed first time through. Hope they throw in as much extras as in the first one. Too bad Starbreez isn't working it but I'm willing to give the new devs a chance.

Yeah its not like it'll be a complete remake, its gonna build off what Starbreez originally did.. Really hope theres like a collectors edition with a comic collection or something, every since Darkness changed publishers a while back its been really hard to find some of the compilations. I remember watching all the cartoons in there with my buddy, we were gonna play the game but having actual oldschool TV shows in a game is just too awesome!
Sweet.. I rather liked Darkness also Folklore neither game gets the respect they deserve people seem to put them in the same category as Leisure Suit Larry (Really crappy game) where they should be in the heavenly sword category (pretty good)..

Loved it when you sat down on the sofa with your girlfriend and could watch the full movie 'To kill A Mockingbird' on the TV. Thought it was one of the best things ever in a game also Jackie was one of the best characters of any game i've played.
No offense, and not to troll/flame but I HATED this game, was terrible in all aspects in my opinion. But thats just me. More power to all those who enjoyed the first one
I played the Darkness and actually finished it. It was a decent enough game. a Bit hard at times, But I liked the storyline well enough to finish this game. I had no knowledge of the Darkness in Comic books but I liked this game and bothered to finish it. So a sequel I will buy and actually finish it.

Agreed. I bought The Darkness because I needed a game ((on my old 360)) and it was in the bargain bin for about $4.00 ... woot, fell upon one of the greatest sleeper hits of all time. Cant wait for Darkness 2 ((cheer))
In fact, I may rebuy the original for my PS3 just to get the trophies and get pumped for the sequel.
