These Qs are on every forum. It's only natural to want to make sure you're making the right buying choices. If these threads bother you, just pass them by. If you want to play rockin' music on a faux guitar, get GH3. If you want to play a card-game.... game, go with Eye.
GH3 if your into guitar/rhythm games and tedious practicing... Eye of Judgment if your into card games, have a buddy to play with (who wants to play), have money for cards (playing the same deck can get annoying), and have an online connection (for when your buddies not over)
