Disgaea 1. On PS3 Disgaea 3, but Portal 2 might top it (haven't played it yet, to busy with Motorstorm Apocalypse, Dynasty Warriors 7 and Mortal Kombat ^^
Day of the Tentacle well thats pc and old and is the ps3 forum so ill go with costume quest i will have portal 2 in like 3 days so ill have to wait and see if its as funny as everyone says it is
All time funniest game to me was Super Smash Bros. Brawl. My friends and I always were laughing while playing. As for PS3, I have yet to come across one that makes me laugh.
Yep, Portal 2 for me. Few games are truly laugh out loud, it's mostly jokes like Uncharted where it's like little chuckles but yea, Portal 2 had me laughing like crazy. Every joke hit the nail right on the head, I mean some of that Cave Johnson stuff is absolute comic gold as is a lot of other lines. That game is just hilarious from start to finish.
Blasto on PS1 Phil Hartman's last work before he died absolutely hilarious. Conker the Squirrel wasfunny too. Can anybody name a game thatyou fight a giant opera singingsh$t monsterusing toilet paper roles as aweapon besides Conker?
Ragdoll Kung Fu! If you play it with a group of friends it can be absolutely hilarious. My brother came over to the house one evening and we ended up staying up until four in the morning laughing so hard that our sides hurt and we had tears in our eyes.

I haven't played much games that focus on comedy, so I'd probably just say GTA IV, that had some very funny dialogue in cutscenes, radio adverts and talkshows.

This isn't a PS3 game, but I have to say Armed and Dangerous (LucasArts 2003). One of the best third-person shooters I have ever played, and probably the best cinematic experience in a while. It was on PC and the original Xbox, and maybe PS2, highly unlikely on that last one though.
