I mean lets look at the facts R2 as overrated a the Halo series, Killzone two??? the first one sucked. LBP i still have hope for,and with everything else comming out there pretty much on the xbox and ps3 so why not go with the cheaper system and the WAY better online system that PROMISED a new overhaul face lift by fall instead of paying a extra $100 for a firmware 2.41 and MGS4 I mean its right there in our face. I am a owner of a PS3 and have been waiting for sony to do something to stop the juggernaut MS but i believe when they took FF13 they also took my ps3 with them, this is a machine built and base in Japan BUT Xbox has all the JRPG???? tell me how can this happen, everyone says OH MS throws there money around to get the games but is it their fault Sony wont put up the same amount to keep it exclusive?
i didnt think resistance was overrated i thought i was underrated, killzone i dont think looks great but ur missing white knight chronicles, team ico project and dark cloud 3 and sony did they took bioshock and gears 3

MS just took teh next big game on teh horizon while having snatched up previous exclusive IP's liek GTA and RE5. Im pissed i bought this 600 dollar box and have to play folklore instead of fable...resistance instead of halo and bioshock......and not to mention never being able to play mass effect or lost oddysey. what is sony doing. Completely agree with the original post dim,cold, and grim indeed.

Yet another "1 exclusive went multiplat, so the PS3 is doomed" thread. Stop whining, we still get FFXIII, along with the insane amount of awesome games, exclusive or multiplat, this year.
Final fantasy 13 is still exclusive in japan. If you cant win a system war in japan you cant win anywhere. Did you look at the 360 game's they look horrible. The playstation has a way better 1st party lineup & thats how the system war will be won. reason for that all the other game's will be out for both sytem's so who ever has a better 1st party lineup will win. No game coming out this year will have the creativity & originality of Lil Big Planet.
As it stands right now NO ONE IS PLAYING FFXIII. Even if it did remain exclusive, we wern't getting the game any time soon anyway. People crying that this is the main reason they bought a PS3 for. We all know SE's track record of releasing in JP and then getting it like 11 months later. Based on that fact 2010 looks like it will arrive by then the PS3 will be 4 yrs. old and the'other' console 5 yrs. old. Last Remnant isn't even out yet. PS3 folks should not fret as we will still get the game and as I've heard before and I could be wrong, the White Engine is a scalable engine meaning the PS3 version should not take graphical hit. Yes. The only conference that was shocking was Microsoft's. The Final Fantasy announcement. If Sony gets one big game out there..... consider Sony the winner of this year's E3.
here's the problem when I was 10/11 I asked my parents for a nintendo for what MARIO then i ask my parents for a sega why? for SONIC The point being nothing changes you need exclusives to sell system's and if you keep giving them up then NO ONE needs your system IT"S THAT SIMPLE ,I'm saying everyone is mentioning all these games but which ones will ever really see the light of day really i mean people have dub the PS3 as the PSDELAY. So many things wrong with that statement. First off if you think mgs is the only exclusive theres something wrong with you. Second bioshock is coming to the ps3. Since ea bought bioware its only a matter of time till mass effect comes to the ps3 or at least mass effect 2 will. And last lost oddysey sucked balls imo. People are making such a big deal about ff13 coming to the 360. Me personally i never got into ff, but my cousin who loves the series and has a 360 was thrilled with the news. I say the more the merrier.
A lot of you treat this whole Xbox/PS3 deal as if this was the superbowl. You guys provoke much of the trolls or fanboys. So it does little to say, "I'm sick and tired of people saying this or doing that." Both systems have a lineup to offer for one gamer. If you claim a particular game doesn't suit your style, then it's your opinion and for that very reason, does very little to criticize others for sharing the same opinion you do.
Is it me or people starting to say it's okay to lose the exclusive-rights to FF when it was this argument that people claimed was one of the reasons why it was worth having PS over Xbox. So quick to just ride it off, bit insane. At any rate, I do own both systems. With the timing of it all, both are great investments. Maybe gamers will realize this. You don't want just one console out there, do you?

A two second GOW3 announcement was the highlight but as i said not blown away i believe they bombed imo so the playstation is up on ebay please check it out if you guys need one or just would like two if one was to break its a 60 gb with 2 controllers and about 6 games none of which our exclusive.

Yeah, Sony dropped the ball. Resistance is just another FPS, rather then make your main series the same genre as the main one for the competition, make something different to attract different players. Like FF13! Oh wait... Sony managed to mess that up too. The presentation was horrible, all I could think about was the FF13 announcement and how epic MS had stood there getting their ass kissed by the Square guy.
Nintendo's wasn't bad. I hate the Wii, so I want none of those games, but it was them going ahead with their plans that seem to already be working. I'll just make sure to not buy the next Nintendo system or any other if it has motion controls.
