I love the Grudge and think it would be great on a PSP, or any other system. Do you think so.

Not really. How would a game like that even play? You'd be doomed to die at the end anyway :P.

Games made from movies are usually terrible.

It would go like this...

"Ju On...a curse created in the grip of a powerful emotion"

"Player 1, dare you enter the cursed house? Yes/no"

"No"

"Player 1 walks away. Game complete"

Give some of your ideas behind the games design, then maybe I can comment.

Don't forget that it can have multiple endings! "Player 1, dare you enter the cursed house? Yes/no" "Yes" "You died." "Game Over" *credits roll*

After games like "Fatal Frame II" and "Siren" (admittedly not PSP titles, I know), a watered down version of such a great atmospheric thriller (the J-version, not that horrid Amer-E-make) would be lost in a morass of plot shifts and creative license to the point where it would no longer have spit to do with the film.

I vote no as well. Sorry. Just because they insist on sequeling it to death shouldn't mean we heap an embarrassing, barely related game onto the pile.

It's way too creepy for me, most Japanese films freak me out.
