See the poll. I personally loved the game, but I think the game should be left to stand on its own. I loved the ending and I don't feel any more of the story needs to be told.

Seeing the success of the Last of Us, and the difficulty of creating an awesome new IP, I'm pretty sure Naughty Dog is thinking about making a sequel :).
I could go either way on this, but like it was said above, I'm sure there'll be another TLoU after how well received this game was.
It should just stay as its own game, there's not really much left to go on that hasn't been done a milion times in other zombie stories, at least Ellie provided some driving force to go from place to place. I liked the game, but I do think the whole zombie/end of the world thing should be left alone for a while, as it's everywhere now.
i want sequel on PS4CTR360Actually it would be nice if the TLoU team stayed making games for the PS3 while the other ND team works on PS4 games. Supporting the PS3 after the Quad is released is what SONY said they'll do. A way they can prove it is by doing that.
Don't make a sequel please.
Uncharted would be awesome even if they only made Drake's Fortune. However the game mechanics of TLOU are different from Uncharted, they would become repetitive and boring really fast.
Ricardomz
If it is to be a sequel they will almost definately shake the feel and controls up if they do indeed feel it is repetative (Does naughty dog ever to half of their ability?)
I would love it just because there are some fantastic ways a sequel could go.
We finish the game and know Ellie and Joel so well they can skip a few years in advance and focus on where the relationship has gone and with many new characters to compliment the two, they may not start the game together, making you wonder whats happened, and after a while it slowly uncovers the story.
I quite frankly want another one.
It ended perfectly and doesn't necessarily need a sequel (to the characters at least).
But I'd love a sequel. The Walking Dead doesn't necessarily need a sequel either but I'm interested. But with different characters this time. I want to see what other stories they can tell.
