sorry...because i know there have been numerous threads about this topic but i've read around here that the beta deal will begin in april when you pre-order? WTF...isn't the beta starting in april?
The pre-order bonus dvd will ship in early April. Inside will be a code that you use to download and play the beta. I've read that the beta will last for about 2 weeks.

That's what Konami has said. Some stores have already been taking pre-orders though, and that's where the confusion comes in. I reserved a copy from GS on 12/31/07, but I'm not sure if I'm guaranteed one. I'm hoping I get a copy because it only makes sense lol. How stupid would it be if I had to cancel and then reserve again in order to get a DVD? lol
true that would suck if you had to reserve it again....i've been thinking about pre-ordering on friday at my local eb...so i hope they will have the beta and the dvd deal going on

isnt there a difference between reserving and pre-ordering? with pre-ordering dont you usually pay in full? so maybe becuase you only reserved a copy you wont get the beta
hmmm....I don't think there is a real difference between the two...cuz with pre-orders you can pay 5$ and then pay the rest when you pick up the game on release....and reserve same thing...if im wrong....then please go correct me =)

They're the same thing, and you can put down as much as you want as long as you meet the minimum.
