I own both, but I definitely prefer Uncharted 2 overall.
The campaign on MW2 was "ok" - rather short, bland story, but had some decent set pieces. The multiplayer is a love it or hate it kinda thing imo. I loved playing offline with my brother when he was visiting for Christmas doing Spec Ops and just me vs him in deathmatch kinda thing. I'm not a huge fan of the online part of MW2 which I'm sure some of you might think is weird (being as the game is boasted for it's great online play). It's just not very fun getting owned as soon as I spawn basically. I dunno - if I gave it more time, I'd get better and might like it more.
As far as Uncharted 2, it's somewhat longer than MW2 which is definitely a plus, not an incredibly original story, but very well told. Has a ton of great set pieces (the entire game is basically one memorable set piece after another). The train level is probably one of the most memorable moments in gaming I've experienced in quite some time. The multiplayer in UC2 has actually been a lot of fun to me. Sure, it's not extremely deep, but I spent a few hours with it earlier today, and I had a lot of fun. I'm not extremely good at it yet, but even so, I hold my own. What I really wish UC2 had was offline multiplayer - like Split screen. Yeah, graphics would probably need to be lowered somewhat, but it'd still be really fun. Or even being able to play through the entire campaign with a friend would be so fun, but they'd probably have to alter the level design to accommodate for an extra person. I'm HOPING Uncharted 3 will have some sorta split screen option.
Anyways, to summarize: I enjoy(ed) Uncharted 2 more than MW2, but both are great games.
