The new ps3 coming out.

I here there is a new type of ps3 coming out and i want to get a ps3. Anyone have any info on this one coming out. Was wondering if i should wait or get one now...? Any info would be very nice.

p.s. Im a noob when it comes to sony and the ps3.

not really it's only an special package with 80 gb ps3 but comes with the new dualshock 3 controller and mgs4.

Cool! Im sold. Know its time to save up for it :D. Actually i will have enough after this week. But its also good that it won't come out till june, because i like to be loaded on cash. 8) I just hope haze and killzone 2 kick some major ace.lordmt

I am glad I got the 60 gig PS3, although I didn't get it at the time of it's release and waited until just a few weeks before the price drop last year and have never regretted paying the release price even after the price drop.

If you can stand the wait that's a pretty sick deal both MGS$ and dualshock 3 are must haves. I love motorstorm but its not everyones cup of tea, however if you like bc you might want to grab a 60 gig now if you can find one, though i really don't think the 80 gig bc is as limited as everyone makes it out to be...

either way you should also be stoked to play uncharted, RACF, and Oblivion, you'll be busy all summer my friend.

I don't want them misspelling such elementary words when they're writing essays for school and stuff so it's best that they know what the correct way is. That is my only reason for correcting them.

Dude i was in the same shoes as you about 3 months ago.... Just don't worry about new SKUs because all there will be is more HDD which you can do yourself and maybe they might have less features like no BC. I would wait until the bundle is released because thats a better deal than the motorstorm(since it is a launch title and should be going down in price soon). If you can't wait you won't regret it i promise you.

Me too. It isnt a new PS3, it's a new bundle. The MGS4 bundle. It's a great value deal. For only $500, you get an 80g PS3 with MGS4, and the new Dualshock 3 controller. It doesnt get any better than that. If you can wait it out, I would get it. Apparently, I couldnt wait that long so I purchased a 60gb last night. I cant wait to play Ratchet & Clank, Uncharted, and some other titles like Warhawk, UT3.
