Me it was street fighter Alpha 3. I had the orginal for the PSone for years...traded it in, miss it and then had to buy it again........and again ( I didn't learn my lesson even the second time around).OOHH yeah and Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 also.

I don't trade in a game unless I absolutely hate the game. If I get burnt out on a game I know I'll want to play it a few years later. I actually just remembered today a game I traded in, and I'm glad I don't have it wasting space in my house any more. The game was Dave Mirra's Pro BMX 2. This gen I haven't traded in a game except for a few PSP game, although I'm thinking of trading in SOCOM: Confrontation

I have this bad habit of buying a game, playing it, beating it and then thinking I'll never play it again, so I end up trading it in for store credit and I can knock down the price on my next game.

Metal Gear Solid 4.....I'd only buy it again if it had trophies.

The very first ESPN Extreme games fro the PS1. Bought it at launch. HATED it at first. Came to love it. Then started to loathe it. Sold it. Missed it. Bought it again. Sold it with all my PS1 stuff. Never could find a copy to play on my PS2. Would love to get it again to play on the PS3.

I gave me many happy memories and hours of enjoyment customizing cars. I've owned it more than twice and traded it in :(

i bought marvel vs capcome2 twice, ff8 twice and ff7. Also my brother bought metal gear solid and at the time i had no interest in the game. So i played the second one with raiden and then i eventually bought metal gear solid like last year.

for me the trade in era started with playstation 1 games...i was 16 and i made $98 a week...so i lived on buying a game or two and trading...so how about crono cross, final fantasy 8, parasite eve, xenogears, metal gear solid, vagrant story, street fighter alpha, lunar, star ocean... basically I miss the good old days of great RPGs from snes era and ps1 era...Next gen rpgs havent made an impact yet squarenix seems to put out decent titles but not great ones that they have made in the past...Final Fantasy 13 better be an instant classic that sets a standard for next gen game makers so we can have some great rpgs to play for ps3...

Yeah, I had Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 on the Dreamcast, but when sega stop making games and systems, I traded all my dreamcast games and the system to get a PS2. Then it came out for the PS2 and I bought it. My PS2 was taking a crap and wasn't playing my MVC 2 game so I traded it in again. Now I really miss it and I'm not going to pay $80 to $100for a used or new one on E-bay or amazon cause it's such a rare game to get since they stopped production on it.

I lent my cousin's weaselly boyfriend a game called Undying (hadn't even finished it), just trying to be nice. They broke up and I never saw him or my game again. I'd buy it again if I saw it.

I also did this to Oblivion. I bought the regular edition, put 180 hours into it, sold it and aover a year later miss it, so I went out and bought the GOTY edition, I've put about 70 hours into it so far.:D

i dont sell games but one of my copies of jet set radio future broke so i had to buy another copy of that

ahh i know i just bought ico used for $30 off the internet and i know it might not work since its used and everything but it was only $30 and the person had a 94% approval rating and i have always wanted to play this game but i never had a ps2 but i got the last type of ps3 they made backwards compatible :)

for me it was Star Wars: Bounty Hunter. during the time away from it ( i jut recently got it again) i forgot how badass Jango Fett was. great game. Also Jak 3 it wasnt a good as bounty hunter but it was still pretty sweet.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, that's agreat oldgame.

Tekken tag too. First game I bought for the PS2. Had to re-buy that one too.

I just bought Guitar hero: Metallica last night and I used to have Guitar Hero 3 but once I beat it, I traded it in, but one week later, they confirmed thata Metallica version was going to come out and I was sooooo angry..... I was seeing red. I had to re-buy the guitar in order to play it.

It's not that I hate it, its a good game, but not one I see me playing hours and hours and a few years from now it will be completely useless because it is online only.

I loved Oblivion when I beat it and thought that there was no way that I could ever want to go back through and do it all again. I miss it now and think that I might pick it up again.
