they do have alot of software coming in 2007 but they also have alot of great software 4 2008 as well. this year they have HAZE, UT3, Uncharted, ratchet, socom, warhawk, heavnley sword, lair, wipeout, littlebigplanet.
I need RPGs, Final Fantasy XIII and Versus XIIand White Knight Story aren't good enough. I want atleast one western RPG, I love JRPGs but come on Sony, you gotta diversify.
I agree, I think they need more now...but you can't just pump out crap games and I think the future looks bright. The last major games that have come out for ps3 have done really well and are reviewed as high quality games: Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas, the Darkness, a bit earlier, Oblivion, and of course the many sport franchises. Also they have a bunch of great games coming out in 2007 as listed above, a number of exlusives and multiplatform. The buzz exclusives come out in 2008. I feel comfortable with Sony's line-up. Microsoft seems to be dumping their load this year, which is great if they can keep pumping out the games, but Sony has great games coming out then along with many great games through 08.

that may be your taste, but i love a good solid story to keep me playing. plus all three of them games don't look to follow the traditional jrpg way of playing.

yup and to the OP did you not pay ebough attention? we still have tons of games slated in 07. the only 2 major titles i saw in early 08 are Killzone 2 and MGS4. And if you cannot wait for 6 or 7 months than you have more important problems you should look at lol
