The PS3 controller is the worst piece of crap ever.

It is a sad excuse for a controller and the Killzone 2control layouts all suck. All of them. It really ruins the experience for me. After playing Modern Warfare 2 on veteran on my 360 with it awesome controller and MW2 awesome control scheme killzone feels like broken crap.

Now if Guerrilla gave me a choice tomap my own keys or give a control scheme that makes sense then maybeI could tolerate the PS3 controller but Killzone 2 crap control scheme and the PS3 dinosaur of a controller totally ruin what would have been an awesome gaming experience andthat makes it even worse.

The button mapping isn't the controllers fault, leave him out of it.

If i'm not mistaken, with Alternative 2 it makes : L1 zoom in, R3 is melee, R2 is frags, Triangle is weapon change, Square is reload, X is jump.. thats pretty COD-ish

But the design of the controller isn't the best either.

But granted when a played MGS4, the controller wasn't an issue to me that I can remember.

This is because most people like it the way it is. They won't change the design because a few people don't like it. Originally they did want a new design, but people complained that they wanted the old design. Than they give the old design, and people complain.

No your just not used to it, KIllzone 2 controls are fine the best is the standard setup with sensitivity up one, it plays fine. The problem is your bad at adjusting, within a couple of hours I was very comftable with Killzone 2.

I prefer the PS3 controller its smaller lighter and tighter, the 360 is a clumsy controller imo.

1.You have to have skill to play KZ2 it's not run and gun

2. I don't care about fps's anymore becuase the PS3 is now the home of JRPG with Star Ocean 4, White Knight Chronicles, FF13, FFVersus, Tales of Vesperia, Eternal Sonata, Disgaea 3, Cross Edge, valkyria chronicles, demons souls, Infinite Undiscovery, Last remnant, Folklore and probably more unnannouned ones like Dark Cloud 3 and possibly a FF7 remake :) PS3 was definetly the right choice for me

just saying what everyone was already thinking. hence the pages of flamage. sony hasnt changed their joystick much over the years. thats why i said if it aint broke dont try to fix it. you knew that when you started this thread though didnt you troll? why else would you start a topic in the ps3 forums saying their controller is crap over the button layout of 1 game that has the option to change it to the almost the exact same thing.

That's your opinion. I like the PS3 controller and I think the D-pad and weird angle of the thumbsticks make the 360 controller suck.
