As you may have noticed, a couple of these such as Tony Hawk games or Gangs of London, aren't quite free roaming titles. I included them because they feature a "Free Drive" or "Free Skate" mode.

i have to say this u moron. When someone starts a thread of "FREE ROAM GAMES FOR PSP" you are only suppose to include free roam games . Now the only games I didnt see up there are Grand Theft Auto series for the PSP which those games suck because rockstar cant make good quaily game for the handheld systems they only make the good quaily games for XBOX360 OR THE PS3 !!!
