You know, I've gotten completely over it. I actually really like the new look, both the Slim and the logo. People just gotta stop complaing about the stuff that isn't even important. Enjoy your games and Blu-Ray movies for a cheaper price.

The Ol logo is good but I much prefer the new logo since it reminds me of the PS2, I guess it shows that Sony is going back to their roots and be more aggressive in the console war. This new font is more noticeable, while the ol one was too small and I guess the casuals couldn't pick up on this
seems like a good enough reason to me....i certainly dont mind...i like spidey font a lot but the new font doesnt bother me....if BC comes back i would buy the slim...
i dont understand why ppl complain about it. it says PS3 right? doesnt that still stand for playstation 3? and hoenstly i have only looked at the ps3's log once. after that my eyes was glued to the tv playin the games. its not like the logo does somethin or stare at it for hrs and call it beautiful lol i think the new logo is cool, and the reasons are legit
