Im assuming he is talking about the original PS3 models.. also known as the "fat models", the newer ones are the slim models. I have an original 60gig back home in Aus. Since i moved here to the US i have a 120 gig slim.
Launch PS3 60GB here. Have the box/ reciept and all. I got a slim but I use it occasionally. I have another but it gets really hot and louder fan, will probably sell it while its working.
If only the AUS PS3 60GB was hardware backwards compatible!!!!!!!!!!!
We payed more ($1000, $400 more than the Americans) and got less! The software compatibility sucks! All the games I play are buggy. R&C Gladiator (Deadlocked) has huge frame rate issues, Persona 4 corrupts saves and doesn't display location in bottom corner and in Silent Hill 2 James's left leg disappears when he is idle!
