I have heard from many difrent ppl that the ps3 can have a backgournd picture like a wallpaper like the psp dose but so far i havent been able to find out how to do such a thing or if its even possible, so, is it even possible? and why dose my ps3's background almost always show up a faint redish and grey rather then the normal black and grey like it dose every soo offten? and can i change that as well? thank you :)
As far as I know you cannot change the background to a picture for the wallpaper. And the color changes depending on the time of day & month. It turns black/grey in the evening.
you cant do a permanent background only temporary, go to any picure you have and then open it and press triangle i believe and it will become your background but the minute you do something on your xmb it goes away so we are all still waiting for that update, it just changes color beteween time of day and months the dark is usually only at night and the other colors during the day youcant change it unless you start changing your date maybe but i have not tried
It changes according to the time of day so it will appear different sometimes and I think it changes color every month. No news on the background picture yet though unfortunately. I guess it might mess up depending on the size of your TV while as PSP is a fixed screen size.
hmmm yeah it would be kinda nice if they did add that function on there with a ps3 update but as far as the colors go ty i dint realize that but now that u menchen it it dose seem to do it.. haha i thought the red back ground ment ur ps3 was to hot hahahaha and that when it was black it was nice and cool and ready to be used XD lol
It cant change the background BUT you can go to picture viewer and view a pict and then go do other things while it displays that pict in the background... when you go to play a game or turn off PS3 it will go back to normal background

No...it is not possible at the present moment.... Maybe in future updates.

Insert Bologna in your PS3 to make it faster and non-breakable. Also for better graphics.

no u have to press the PS button and ull have it as a background, but as soon as u play a game or music or anythin else it will go away
haha oy, im sereous like for instance i can get a keybored and wireless mouse to work with my ps3 but not a cam what kinda camras work with the ps3?whitejackel

I dunno. Logitech type camera's I guess? Iv tryed logitech ones
if you press the eject button when there isnt a disc in, it beeps three times to tell you. Its annoying. Have you tried watching youtube vids on your browser? Its cool watching it large on your telly.
