This happend to me about 2 years ago with Best Buy too. I ordered the two Carnivale seasons from them and they never arrived. I called, emailed and complaint, but I never got my Carnivale box sets or my money back. Best Buy is dead to me now.

Azzez... How forceful were you over the phone? If it's not signature delivery confirmation... You have insurance for that.

If they confirmed the delivery then one of two things most likely happened:

1. The mailman took it (unlikely if he likes not being in jail)

2. Someone stole it out of your mailbox.

That sucks, hopefully someone will reimburse you.

wow man, it's been 2 years and I really don't remember much. I blocked that out of my mind. I think I still have some of the emails regarding the purchase, but it's been 2 years so I think it's safe to say they won. :(

This is why, you have a signiture confirmation. When i had to send my wii for repairs, nintendo had ot sign a paper and fedex email me a copy, then i had to sign a paper to nintendo saying i received the package.

Isn't this why packages are signed? Make sure you do complain, and take it to USPS...

claim you suffer from amnesia and blackouts lol.2 years is a long time but in future remember to stay on top of it. It's the dangers of buying online

I've been conned too down the line, most have. I ordered something awhile a go, it never came so I called the delivery place up and ask. They said it was signed for earlier in the day (thankfully the person never signed my name)...so I explode :) and they get on to the delivery guy and i got it an hour or so later.

It's really important to stay on top of things and if someone messes up make sure they know exactly what you think. The truth is, mail does get lost and some will get stolen and some will get delivered to the wrong address etc

I'd personally call them too. Ask who signed for it. Say you want the person who delivered it questioned, and then he/she can go back to where they delivered it and deliver it to you

If it's a different name that signed for it then stress there is no one called *** where you live, you did not sign for it and it's up to them to question the guy and ask him/her why he delivered it to someone who's name is totally different to the person purchasing the games..etc

goodluck

This is why you only let UPS or Fedex deliver. USPS sucks sometimes. I hope you get them!!!

Yep, I bet someone stole it. I once had a package worth of $2000 of kitchen ware delivered to my house, gone, stolen by these punk kids. But it didn't stop me from buying online, lesson learned...

My mail carrier leaves stuff out by the garage, which is about 30 feet from the house. I guess she can't walk all that way. Did you check around various places? Maybe it was raining so they put the package soem weird place so it wouldn't get wet? I dunno.

This is why I get insurance and signature confirmation. Most likely, some punk kid stole your games out of the mailbox. My mail carrier will sometimes leave packages by our front door which makes me mad because someone could just open the gate and take the package.

Did you ever get your games man? I hope no one stole them. I bought uncharted 2 over ebay and the mailman left the box right in front of my outside door (the seller charged 5 bucks for shipping and didnt even add confirmation).
