Is there any reason I should wait a couple of weeks? I was going to wait a couple more weeks, but... i can't wait any longer. i am thinking of getting it at target with the 3 year warrenty for 60 bucks, is that worth it? and either resistence or motorstorm i can't quite decide? Resistance probably lasts longer, but i want to play som STORM!saucy13
Why not just wait it will only be better. The updates will be in, the communication over psn should be fixed and better games will be out. You should wait imo. I wish I would have waited and I had my system since after christmas. I dont know what I would have done with out my 360.
What about rumble enabled controllers? if that happens would that be soon, or not till end of year?
What is wrong with getting one now besides games. I will be find with Motorstrom and RFOM. I can juts get the updates when they come out etc...
Oh, and do u guys think it is worth it to get warrenties??? cuz i havnt heard of too many problems, but better safe than sorry.
we probably won't get rumble back for 4-6 monthsWhat about rumble enabled controllers? if that happens would that be soon, or not till end of year?

I just bought a PS3 on Friday and I would suggest getting it now. If you can get only one game get Resistance, but I was going to wait to buy a PS3 but once I heard that supposedly starting in April, they will be taking out the PS2 chips, I decided to just get one now. If your more interested in gaming, you may not feel that its worth $600 with the games currently out, but theres GTA4 coming out in October and if you don't have a 360, theres Oblivion this week, thats easily worth the $600 price point.
u know i dont think i really am into the gameing as much as others. Of course that is why I am buying it (For gaming), but there are so many other features on a ps3 that amaze me. Just its sheer power and abilities...saucy13
If you're not really into gaming, then I don't see why you are willing to spend so much money. Granted, the PS3 does have a blu-ray player, but if you don't have an HDTV, it's not really worth it.
