Those videos are messed up, although I can say that the freeze up did happen to me twice now, but only twice in about 10 hours of gaming thus far and I still enjoy the game very very much, excellent experience overall. ScorpiuS739

Am I the only one who thinks the very first bug in the video to be actually really cool?

I really dont care about the bugs, everyone else seems to really enjoy the game and I plan on getting the game over Thanksgiving.

My question is WHAT THE HELL is up with the doppelganger that follows Altair around in the first video? I am appauled at how egregious these problems are. I knew there were some problems with the game, but never to this extent. This turns me off from this game so much...And to think...the longer video showed the gross problems that the X360 version has...And supposedly the PS3 version is even worse...No mas on the $60 that I was going to spend on this game. It will happily go to Naughty Dog for their stellar title: Uncharted.

My conclusion is that Ubisoft simply isn't what it could and should be. Especially on the PS3. This is very disappointing, but in some ways, not unexpected. I don't think that there is anything wrong with hyping up a game; I think the problem lies in letting the hype drown out the obvious flaws inherent in the game.

I'm beginning to think that the guys at IGN, in particular the PlayStation Team, whom I personally trust more than Gamespot reviewers, really were speaking the truth.

IF I had to review this game and saw things like the video above showed me during play, I'd be docking points off left and right. I am so glad I didn't waste $60 on this.

No because this is a software issue with the game not the firmware. The firmware fixes the system running like crap with that info bar running

I am not sure what to really say after seeing that. I passed around that area and didn't encounter any freezing. I don't think everyone will be experiencing these issues. But it doesn't look good either way.

Those vids were actualy quite funny, however you have to consider something here. First no game comes out 100% perfect and I bet Uncharted will have just as many glitches and problems as Assassin's creed. It's no exception. Second that guy seem's to be looking for ways to glitch the game in anyway and with most games if you look hard enough glitches happen. I could show you thousands of vids with people screwing with Halo or Heavenly Sword but that dosn't mean they are bad games. Third, the freeze glitch does exist (hell, it happens to me!) but it dosn't happen every second of every minute, plus the game has an excelent save system so it's not enough for most reviewers to say it breaks the game. This is no fanboy post, I just think wanting to bash a developer for a glitch here or there isn't fair. Sykosis86

all i know seriously, is that the glitch happened to me about at lest 3 times per session. I got it on wednesday and it kept glitching out on me the day i got it. The game is bugged and is in no way worth its AAA score. AA is fine. I peersonally think Ubi cut corners to release it early.

Everyone is so negative about Assissin's Creed, I just wanted to post and say that I bought it the day it came out have almost 30 hours logged into the game and have had no problems at all. It is an awesome game and has worked great on my PS3. I have not had any freezing,framerate, or screen tearing issues. I don't know if I just got lucky, or maybe there are alot of people out there like me who have this game and it works fine for them. When a game works great for someone they don't go on forums and tell everyone about how bug free the game is, while the same person will go and make 10 posts about a game that is not working. I think that it is just a vey vocal minority of people who are having issues with this game.

think before you speak. its pretty apparent that he is sayin other than a few forum postts as saying please fix it, noone is cracking on AC about the framerate drops and bugs, especially reviewers. He is not talking about lair there

Every other thread on EVERY forum is about Assassins Creed, yet it's all negative. For being so bad it sure is getting a lot coverage.

I wasn't going to bother with this game, as I thought it might be a little bad, but now all of this exposure is intruiging me to play it. Thanks everyone ..

well he made no attempt to establish that connection other than a reader implied assumption.

its a decent game that could have been alot better without all these bugs. This game was overhyped more than anything else. I saw more commercials for this then I did Halo 3. I see ton of ads for it in every magazine, Ubisoft really tried to push this game and like any big title it gets mixed reviews because it is bought by a large audience. Its not a horrible game for the genre its in, I actually am having alot of fun with it. The bugs are pretty bad but arent game ending, and the only thing that seems to bother me is the damn freezing. I guess I am not getting as mad as some because I never expected the game to be amazing or was really excited about its release. Ibought Soldier of fortune3 it was horrible soI traded it with this and am satisfied.

Every game has bugs, and most of you are probably right, ubisoft rushed this out for the xmas season. Its still a decent game bugs included but it will never get GOTY and shouldnt even if it didnt have any bugs. Its the same basic formula put over 3 cites with 3 districts, people should be complaining about that much more then some bugs.

i've just started playing but i havent had any bugs like that, and hopefully i wont. but is it just me or is that dopplerganger pretty cool?!?!?!

It reminds me of dmc3 where u can get teh dopplerganger ability and have two dantes in devil trigger. I think thats a plus, its like coop in AC. what could be better then that?

any of us can probably take almost anygame and make a lil montage video of all its glitches. These bugs arent all in one place and you dont encounter them constantly. This guy is pissed off at the game and is using bugs to help vent his frustration. There are alot of bugs but its none of them are horrrrible except the game freezing.

IMO Its a fun game with some bugs. Its not amazing, an it doesnt suck.
