Is all the cussing really necessary?
But this game is going to be awesome...and who is War General, or whatever his name was?
Sounds cool. But yes, who is this WarGeneral guy, and what gives him the credibility for me to care what he thinks?[QUOTE="Erik729"]Sounds cool. But yes, who is this WarGeneral guy, and what gives him the credibility for me to care what he thinks? Is all the cussing really necessary?

Hmm, after a having a good long think about it, i think i can answer your question...sort of. You see, WarGeneral is a metaphorical thing. Like, WarGeneral is a thing that is apart of all of us, however it does represent also single entity. You follow me?

i think so. he's a symbolic being, but at the same time he is his own personal being.[QUOTE="carving_a_giant"][QUOTE="freham2001"] Sounds cool. But yes, who is this WarGeneral guy, and what gives him the credibility for me to care what he thinks?freham2001

i think so. he's a symbolic being, but at the same time he is his own personal being.Correct! Now, i don't want to alarm you, but while studying algebraic group and ring theory, I may have discovered a way to destroy WarGeneral!!! By using the so called "Lagarange Interpolation"methods and taking into account the effects of Differential Cryptanalysis on a 8 rounds DES (approximately, that is), you can see that WarGeneral may have one, and ONLY one weakpoint.

Of course! Its so obvious! All those easy-to-follow equations point to only one thing! His weak spot is his......boob? wait wait wait, that cant be right. OH yes, here we go. Its his left vendorsical phalagmite.Personally I thought Killzone was pretty average...
I seem to be in the minority though. Its ok, it happens to me alot.Â
December 4 smells like Open Beta for me lolFlipiti

I was actually thinkin it be the demo but if its open beta, that would be very nice!
WarGeneral isn't too smart.
Horrible punctuation and expletives litter his testimony.
If he were trying to sell me the game, I wouldn't buy it, let alone pray to him.

Killzone one was not a good game ..

i really liked the first one. I mean it had its obvious flaws, like being too much for the ps2 to handle, but i played through it many times. And i go back and look at my stats now and am surprsied to see that i spent over 100 hours on its multiplayer...this game will make gamers forget Gears of war, with their grey and brown environments, who sometimes become grey and brown and occasionnally grey and brown, whether it's a street, battlefield, this in daylight levels or night levels ; and let's not forget the ridiculous physics whre you bump in a jerrycan or a car with your vehicle and it reacts in the same way, bouncing the same distance with the same trajectory, and not forgetting the hole the bad guys exit from, collapsing and after you throw in a grenade the hole closes completely and the ground looks perfect, just like before the hole is created (I've seen some Star Trek SFW look better and more realistic).
The first Killzone had incredibly varied levels (the park, the ruined city, the military seashore ...) with vivid colors and the PS3 game will show a FPS can have nice artistic scenery, not GREY and BROWN everywhere.
Anybody else find some of the censored words couldnt really make sense??
I shall also point out that this thread is probably why people will be disappointed when Killzone 2 comes out.
So much hype cannot be a good thing. I'm not saying it won't be a great game, but not as great as everyone is seemingly expecting it to be.
