1. With the recent firing at GameSpot for a review, what would happen to the person at GS who would award DMC4 a higher review score on the PS3 than the 360 ? Will they suffer the same fate?

2. Why does it appear that A LOT of Americans hate/despise/do not like the PS3 but love/worship the 360? In the same but reverse way, why does it appear that the Japanese do not care for the 360, but love the PS3?

3. Why does it appear that the majority of PS3 owners, regardless if they have other consoles, love the PS3 for what it is, but those who do not have one hate it?

4. Why is it "popular" to hate Sony this generation, like it was popular to hate Nintendo last generation. IMHO neither company has changed their "core" business model?

5. Why do we depend so much on reviews now?

6. Why doesn't the PS3 have acurrent onlinefighting game.....STILL?

7. Whydo people STILLbelieve that the 360 is cheaper than the PS3?

8.Why does the PS3NOT have an MMO? (Guild Wars?)

9. Why can't Sony makemore games available on the PSN at a time? (games thatpeople WANT to play)

10. Why can't Sony give itsPS3 owners"exclusive" content on thePSN inthe form of trailers and other videos? (Mostof the stuff is fairly old by the time it reaches the PSN.)

11. Why does the PS3 not have a version of NAMCO museum with on-line play?

12. How much longer do we have to wait for the Dual Shock 3?

13. Why did the Ratchet and Crankgame for the PS3 not get more recognition?

14. Where is Shadow of the Colossus and ICO for the PS3?

15. Honestly, will God of War be a bigger/better system seller for the PS3 than MGS4?

Japanese like the PS3 because more of them than us have had LCD TV's much longer than us.

Why dont you find those out for yourself... oh, and dualshock 3 is availabe online, Warhawk is an online shooter, with SOCOM, the best tactical online shooter (in my opinion) coming out as well.

1) Who knows just have to wait and find out.

2) Americans feel like thier being shafted with the price and also patriatism. As Japanese doesn't feel the 360 has the type of games that apeal to them and also they prefer Japanese made stuff (Patriotism)

3) If you can't understand it then it tends to lead to hate/fear. Also more of personal opinion.

4) From what I heard the cows always bashed the xbox last gen and it's more like payback.

5) People want to justify their purchase and know that they are getting the better games, also some people are just shallow when it comes to scores.

6) The PS3 does have an online fighter its called tekken online get it one the PSN Store.

7) Because the 360 is still technically cheaper than the PS3.

15) Hmm, probably not I think MGS4 might have a bigger fanbase, but if that whole rumor that if it doesn't sell a certain amount they will port to 360, then yes possibly.

Sir, are your reffering to people when you say "monkey"?

1.) According to GS's response to the controversy, nothing will happen to the DMC4 reviewer.

2.) Cultural differences.

3.) Appreciation comes from the experience of ownership. Those who don't own, hate.

4.) Everyone always guns for the top dog. There's been a huge increase in console followers this gen, increasing the number of people vocal about the fall of Sony. It's all hot air.

5.) Inability to make one's own decisions.

6.) Tekken 5. My guess would be developers are apprehensive about using PSN.

7.) Inability to properly perform basic mathematic computations and lack of base line comparison skills. Also, consumers are very marketing driven. Cool ads will turn many consumers on to even the worst product.

8.) Probably a combination of current business model and life cycle service offerings as well as development timing.

9.) Probably a combination of confirming DLC compatibility as well as keeping a back library available to maintain PSN freshness over a long period of time. Also keep in mind so far every title released from the PS1 library has been PSP/PS3 compatible. I'm sure there's some additional work associated with that.

10.) Probably not priority. PSN is only 1 year old, I would imaging they're more concerned with stability and future functionality with just as much concern for consumer interest. It's a matter of balance.

11.) That's a better question for Namco.

12.) I thought I heard Q1 2008.

13.) Everyone was busy playing it.

14.) Anybody's guess. Probably sitting on a project board somewhere.

15.) GoW has a bit more accessibility but shouldn't be any more or less a system seller than any other great title.

to give a short answer to all those questions: Right now it is cool to shoot down Sony for any and everything, thats mainly why the hate.

Others that enjoy it are in my opinion caught up with the stupid fanboy crap and just enjoy the experience on the console they bought

Lets try to answer your questions... just for the sake of it.

1- That implies that Jeff was fired because he did favor a PS3version instead of a XBox version. Thats not what happened... Get your facts right before using them as an excuse to bash the XBox (which is obviously your intention based on the questions).

2- The reason most japanese are not interested in Xbox is probably because: A)Most XBox games are FPS, a genre that is traditionally not well received in Japan, and B) Microsoft is not a japanese company. I guess the same can be said about americans and the PS3.

3- That is not entirely true... I own a PS3 and don't love it for what it is (closer to hate it, actually). Why? A) I thought I bought a good console with a blu-rayreader included, it turned to be the other way around, and B) Because I am tired of having to wait for games in the biggest delay spree I can think of, and end up with subpar versions of games released on other, cheaper,consoles.

4- See #3. Also, Sony has made a lot of bad decisions since before the console was released.

5- Two reasons: A) Because we have them. Some time ago, the only source to know if a game was good was reading magazines... same stuff, different technology. B) Because most games cost U$S 60. With prices like those, you usually need to do some research before jumping to get a game.

6- Don't know... No one pay attention to that yet?

7- Because it is. The cheapest version of the XBox is cheaper than the cheapest version of the PS3... And the more expensive version of the XBox is cheaper that the more expensive version of the PS3.

13- Only in gamespot, most of the other reviews were better.

14- Buy the 80GBs version, and you can play them... Seriously, I am looking fordward to game of thatquality (not particularly into SoTC, but I guess you know what I mean), but something like that takes time (see #3), and trial and error. For each masterpiece in the PS2 library, there are tenths of games that are mediocre, at best.

15- I don't know if it is going to be a system seller, but sure hope it will be awesome.
