Thorphy Error Code 2147341039

I got thios error for Killzone2 and RE5. I contacted Sony and they claim its not their system but the games. I am afraid to insert any other game sin fear of losing data. Any recommendations? Thanks!

It shouldn't affect game data, but just to be safe try replacing the discs with new ones.
