Those of you who bought dante's inferno.....

Since you bought it are you still going to get GoW3 when it is released? Because i was going to get DI after i played the demo because of the similarities and i like those sort of games. But because it's so close to the release date of GoW3 i decided not.

I ended up enjoying Dante's Inferno more than GoW 1/2 and the GoW3 demo :S But I guess I'll get GoW3 just to see how the trilogy ends

I've had my GOWIII Ultimate edition pre-ordered for quite some time now.... this game on the other hand I'm going to wait until it's in Wal-Marts cheap video game bin.

It's all i can comprare it to and actually nobody can say that GoW3 will be better than DI since it's not out yet :S I don't really get why there's so much hate for DI, the demo showed just the part before hell, hell itself is fantastic. They just chose the worst possible part of a demo :/

Hi, i got it already, it is released tomorrow here in the UK but i had it on pre-order. I have played both GOW and i can tell you the combat is brutal. The levelling up is more satisfying, you can be evil or holy with very different moves, and i guess gives some replayability! I have played about an hour so far and i am happy i got it, but i am getting GOW too.

God of War III as a day 1 release. Dante's Inferno I'll get next year when it's 19.99. Not really a knock on Dante's Inferno as I really enjoyed the demo, it just didn't give me anything to think it would be in any way better than God of War III (which looks amazing!!!). I would get Dante's Inferno but I just got the God of War Collection and I will be playing through all three in succession when III comes out. I figure adding Dante's Inferno would be "hack 'n slash" overload, so I'll save that one for next year.2Chalupas

Finally somebody who actually played the game and agrees with me xD Didn't knew it hasn't released everywhere, I'm almost done with the game, have it for 2 or 3 days xD I also liked the people you have to decide wheter the can go to heaven or not ^^ Only things that bugged me are some puzzles and those

Yeah I got the Death Edition of Dante's Inferno which I haven't started yet because I only just finished off Mass Effect 2. Got the God of War Ultimate Trilogy Edition on pre-order.

Both games will be great, does it matter that the gameplay is slightly similar?? To be honest, Darksiders combat is more like GOW than Dante's Inferno, but what the hell, I like hack n' slash when its done right
