Those pesky game downloads...

if i download a free demo from the PS store, but than delete it, it will be eternally gone right? like i cant restore it or anything and there are no traces of it on the hard drive. also, i know its possible to see every game you've downloaded on the PS store, but is there any way i can delete this list? kind of start fresh, y'know.
