maybe you could try "different" FPS like Bioshock or The Darkness?

maybe other genres like Motorstorm, Ratchet and Clank, Madden, Arkham Asylum?

and Blu-ray movies? Blade Runner, Ratatouille, Transformers ...

i didn't read your wall of text but from your title if their are no games out now that interest you or that will be coming out in the future i wouldnt see any reason to keep a system i never and probally will never play on. Get rid of it and get something that has the software you want

Agreed...the PS3 isn't for everybody

You're kinda late on deciding to sell it. If you sold it before the price cut you would've got more money out of it. But you can't change the past and if you never play your PS3, then selling it would be a logical thing to do.
