TITAN Pack is Unreal

Last night I lost alot of sleep, playing the Epic Unreal Tournament 3 online. First I downloaded thisTitan of a MOD pack, Map pack, whatever you want to call it. Over the past month UT3 has changed alot, and for the better. I am really impressed with all they have done for this game, and for the PS3/PC community. If any readers are lost, heres an explanation -

The Titan Pack is -16 new maps + 3 bonus pack 1 maps, Titan mutator, Greed and Betrayal game types, Stinger Turret, Eradicator Cannon Artillery and the Stealthbender vehicle, X-Ray Field and Link Station Deployables, Slow-Field power-up (pickup version of the deployable of the same name),Two new characters: Nova (Liandri) and Kana (Ronin), 57Trophys to earn, Major enhancements, including AI, network performance, menu and UI, better mod support, Client-side demo recording, updated server browser, new maplist system, mid-game mutater and game type voting functionality.

It's also free, about 550mb and found in the Playstation Store.

My impressions: For non-owners of the game but enjoy shooters, now is a great time to check UT3 out. For people that know, I had a blast last night, I hosted a match for up to 8 players with bots enabled, within 5 minutes the room was full of real players for 3 and a1/2 hours srtaight. It's a total blast to get your titan meter full and right when you get in front on someone, turn into a titan, and it just feels like the other dude drops his jaw and runs, lol, it's awsome :D

YES! i know! i was sooo hyped for this! and it finally came and it is EPIC!!!!!!!! PARDON THE PUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

but seriously tho! this update was awesome and i was sooo happy! i love the splitscreen its great titan is epic! and just totally ups the value of the game! i was about to sell it until i heard about this news! and then i dusted off the game :P awesomeness! this game deserves to be re-reviewed or sumthing :P

Is it really that good?

I've downloaded the pack and it's been iinstalled, but I haven't popped in UT3 yet.

Every experience I've had with the game was bug-ridden and consisting of freezing and i was always glad that I had gotten it as a gift from someone else and not spend $60 on it.

Does this Titan pack fix the menu/loading screen freezing?

I really loved the game up until I got fed up with its glitchiness.

Hopefully the pack fixes it, because I remember other people having the same problems at the time.

really? i went on-line yesterday and the servers were virtually empty! i am a UT 2004fanatic! and this one is just not as good to me. i have experienced no bugs so far except for textures rendering a few moments after the game starts. but hey i got it for 17 bucks...oh well. i gonna give it another chance.

Pitty that we wont get it (aussies and EU) until 26/3

the game is $19.99 right now. I'm definitely going to pick it up with this free Titan release. great value.

I had the same problem. I picked it up a couple weeks after getting my PS3 and it froze often enough I traded it in 3 days later. I bought it and the guy at gamecrazy told me to let him know how it ran, I'm assuming he had problems with the game also. I think it was either a bad run of disc's or just had lots of bugs. 40 gig Spiderman 3 bundle.
