Impact, I like the roster and tna style more and hopefully the gameplay will show it off. I have every smackdown up to this point and the series has become stale as has the wwe roster. This will be the first year in a long time that i don't buy the smackdown game. I want to try something new and I think TNA will do that for me, especially if they have the right input and make it feel like tna (without the bad booking and predictable run-ins).
I'm going to get smackdown vs raw 2008 cause I used to be a big WWE fan and I've owned every wwe games since smackdown here comes the pain. Also I like smackdown more since I know the rosters much better and They've always made great games that kept me on my toes till the very last match. Smackdown games has more history and have more expirience with making games then TNA impact since its their first game. I don't know much about the TNA game but I'm still going to get SVR '08
I hope TNA Impact kicks smackdown vs raw out of the park because WWE NEEDS the competition and hopefully TNA will do that!And give WWE at least a run for thier hype.Because The last 3 or 4 smackdown vs raw havent been that good ,story modes gm modes all need to be much more thought out.And the game hasnt really changed since the Playstation1 game.And i AM SO SICK of the VOICE ACTING in the new WWE GAMES kill it or make it better .but keeping something that sux makes no sense!!!!!
I hope TNA will bebetter because it will be the only way that TNA will carry on making console games, TNA iMPACT will have to go all out to even be spoken about in the gaming world. This is beacuse SM vs RAW is already a popular brand with no competition what so ever.
However, i doubt it will be able to compete with Smackdown vs Raw and expect it to be a rushed game, almost like a film based game, just to create a quick "buck" or a few new fans, i hope it will prove me wrong.
