Almost everybody here probably agrees that you have to at least own one Metal Gear Solid game out of the 10.

How about the top 10 prior gen games? Why limit it to PS2 when there are PS1 games that are still damn good?

FF Origins, PS1 (Because the original FF from 1987 is still awesome)

FF Tactics, PS1 (Because it kicked ass)

FF Chronicles, PS1 (Because FF4 was good, but Chrono Trigger was better. So why not get em both?)

FF Anthology, PS1 (Because 6 had the best story of any FF)

FF7, PS1 (Because Cloud's sword IS that cool.)

FF9, PS1 (Because it was better than 8. And 10.)

FF11, PS2 (unless you already have the PC or 360 version.)

FF12, PS2 (Just to prove that a PS2 game can be better than just about any 360 game)

Yeah X-2 was one of my favorites :P It is overall a good game, but wasn't close to X.

Nah, not FF games. They are timeless. You can find FF Origins New on Amazon for 14$. FF7, the first one out for the PS1 is available new as well, but it's picked up some collectors value and is more like 50$. Anyway, I found em for sale in less than 5 minutes... not that hard.

I don't like the Greatest hits editions *__* I mean, GREEN? Come on! At least on the PS2 it looks good. (I'm actually quite the FF geek xD I have FF VII, VIII, IX and X in the original black case, I have the Limited edition of XII :)

I was just mentioning PS2 games I had that I had liked. Not the best games of all time. Damn though, I'll be watching for lightening bolts from now on, damn ye calling for my mass destruction!

I have all the Tenchus, MGS games, SOul Calibur 3, Bully, Shadow of the Collossus, and Killzone.

i was just looking at this board and noticed the only 10 rated game from gamespot is not on here for the ps2 wich is tony hawk 3
