Exclusives only - Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Heavenly Sword, Resistance: Fall of Man, Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, and Folklore. Warhawk and Motorstorm also deserve mention, and are well worth buying.

Multiplats and exclusives - Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Oblivion GOTY edition, Heavenly Sword, Resistance: Fall of Man, and Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. Warhawk, Motorstorm, Rock Band, Guitar Hero III, Folklore, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Call of Duty 4, Burnout Paradise, Dark Sector, and The Darkness also deserve mention, and all are worth buying.

You really cannot go wrong with any of these games. Enjoy your new PS3.:)

1.Resistence- well underated, awesome campaign and very good multi play

2.COD4- The best multiplayer fps very fast paced and realistic

2. Motorstorm- wicked off road action very fun online cool cars, tracks, best racer ive played

4. Uncharted- Great action adventure game with sick graphics and gunplay also nice levels

Assassins (only rented it and got bored of it (very repetative gameplay) but know i seem to have a craving to play it again, so i am considering purchasing it, if it goes down in price)

anyone who owns a PS3 owes it to themselves to play this game. stellar graphics, captivating story, fun characters, and gameplay that will bring you back again and again. this was my first title and i beat it in on christmas day. amazing amazing game. cant wait for a sequel!

1. Oblivion GOTY - 1st time i played this i no longer existed, despite only 11 voices

2. COD4 - playing with friends beats everything else

3. Assassins Creed - only game with style, great combat (i think ) story becomes the most engaging part of it

4. Uncharted - great cheese

5. Ratchet & Clank - ok

i dnt think im missing out on anything apart from gta4
