Both "WipeOut" games, "Gran Turismo" (although you'll probably hate it), "NASCAR 2006", and I am definitely behind "F1 2009" for SURE!!! :D

F1 2009 is going to be awesome IMO

The best racing game on the PSP I'd say is MotorStorm Arctic Edge. Then Burnout Dominator and Midnight Club 3. As for WipEout Pure and Pulse might get those games soon.
