top 5 single player experiences

I've got a ps3, about ten games but no strong internet connection, so i need to know the best single player games to keep me occupied until i get adsl2.. My top 5 at the moment are

Ninja Gaiden Sigma

Resistance

Uncharted

Army of Two (so-so)

FEAR

Single Player Single Player.. Hmmm

Condemned 2 im playing atm, its pretty damn cool, id say better than the darkness. And i would say better than FEAR as well, just my opinion though

If your a fan of RPG's, then you cant go past oblivion for a single player epic, Take you hoouuurrrrsss to complete, by then you might have adsl 2 :)

Call Of Duty 4 is a must own i think, and Devil May Cry 4 isnt too bad either :) That should give you something to think about.

I haven't finished Rainbow Six Vegas Two yet, but the story mode is pretty good...

I haven't played Burnout or Condemned, but heard that those games are good as well...

i'm borrowing COD4 off a mate atm, its out of control, love it.

I just finished Devil may cry on easy, not sure whether i'll step it up, so repetitive.

If you haven't checked out Ninja gaiden, do it, do it now!

Definately check out condemned 2 if you havent already, very good. I'd say sppokier than fear, and the hand to hand combat is just off the chain.

Im also playing Viking atm... if you have a spare 90 bucks, might be worth a look, imagine conan crossed with oblivion... but no-where near as good as oblivion haha

R6V2's story mode is pretty fun, but there's really not much story you need to be concerned about. It sounds like TC already has some pretty solid SP titles. I would agree that Oblivion could provide near endless hours of enjoyment if you are into RPGs, and COD4's SP is short but great.

I know a lot of people absolutely hated Assassin's Creed, but I felt that game did so many things so well the good definitely outweighed the bad. It's at least worth a rental. And I really don't care what anyone else says, the platforming mechanics/animations in AC make Uncharted's platforming look outdated (and nothing against Uncharted, which I rated higher in my reviews).

For single player, you cant go wrong with The Orange Box, Half Life 2, Ep1, and Ep2 are great single player FPS. And Portal just makes it a great buy!

othere great SP are Heavenly sword, The Darkness, Rock Band ( better with freinds but still awesome alone ), Guitar Hero 3 Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Rainbow six vegas 2 and more :P
