I just bought a PS3 and I've been looking around on forums about transferring videos onto the PS3. I'd like to transfer videos on my network from my computer to my PS3 and I found these 2 sites

http://channel9.msdn.com/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=266924

http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/437952

The first site is for converting videos to the PS3 format and the second link is for transferring files onto your PS3 from your computer using a network.

Can anybody let me know if these programs work or another way of transferring videos onto the PS3?? Thanks

I use the Red Kawa file server mentioned in one of those links, it works excellently. As for video converters, they also have a few on their site, one for each different console: http://www.redkawa.com/

I've been using PSP Video 9 for a while now and that also works excellently, so I assume their other converters do.
