Trophy Question.

I just got a PS3 for Xmas, and I heard that like Xbox 360 with achievements, the sony PS3 has the trophy system. So I popped in ratchet and clank: ToD and i beat the entire campaign without getting a trophy. Do only certain games have trophy systems? Or do I need to manually download it like an additonal download? Thanks in advance

It's up to the developers to patch them, and since they're probably hard at work making new games, most likely no.

Yeah, they probably won't patch it. The new one has them though.

Thank you very much~ Not to go off the topic, but I heard lots of people say PS3 is better, xbox 360 is better and so on this un-ending system feud, yet to be honest, I've seen gameplay, graphics, and such through BOTH ps3 and xbox 360, to be honest there really is no difference. they're both the same except you have to have a gold membership for xbox online gameplay, ps3 is it. I think thats the only difference.

I think they would have patched these old games by now but I highly doubt they ever will when 2010 is just around the corner. I wanted MGS4 to get Trophies but I gave up hope for that a long time ago.
