True games to recieve a 10/10

I was just reading another topic about GTA4, and i have been playing this game quite a bit. I dont think it deserved a perfect score. Though i love this game. I would of probably gave it a 9.3. I want your guys opinions though the ones that matter the most. In your mind which is a game that deserves the perfect score. For me its gonna have To be MGS4 and Final Fantasy VII.

gta desrves a 10. its a good game.

talking bout -10's... big rigs for the pc. a game that was definatly made when drunk. too funny.

IMHO, there is no games ever good enough to be called "perfect". Perfect=no flaws,bugs,miscues, etc. No game has ever come out and not had some sort of issue. Plus, its all based on opinion, Ive been guilty of saying "Dude this games is perfect" but in all cases, no game is flawless. :), Sorry for that rant.

P.S.-I think Gamespot and other site hadnt given a 10 in a like a decade,so they were eager to give a game a 10. I own both GTA4 and MGS4, neither are flawless, but both are about as close as it gets

a 10 on GS doesn't mean that it's absolutely PERFECT. it just means that every aspect of the game is sufficiently superb, but that doesn't mean that there can be other flaws and it doesn't mean that it will be fun to everyone. A PERFECT game is something that has no flaws whatsoever and whoever starts playing will be hooked for life. No game is perfect.RacoonusDoodus

Yeah i agree with you. but im not hooked on gtaIV, i bought it day one and im on the 4th mission...

10 does not automatically equal "perfect" on every single rating scale people have... 10 just means it was an unbelievably awesome game.

COD4 should have, its the best game so far this gen

Yup, a 10 =/= perfect, and the reason is because NOTHING will ever be perfect. All art is subjective, thus you'll always have a crowd that is not pleased with a portion of a game, making it not so perfect, but it's still perfect to others. GTA IV easily deserves a 10, imo... but then you have other people that didn't get it, and they're not as satisfied as I am.BioShockOwnz

jak 2 i think deserved a 10. excellent game in almost every right it was based on.
