trying to make a new user account

and when trying to confirm i keep getting an error (80023103)

all the info is correct and fine and it keeps giving me errors. sometimes that error pops up or says my id cant be used, when it said it was available

any suggestions

There is so much stuff going on with the PSN right now you'd be better off just waiting a bit.

yeah i was just thinking that. it tells me i can use that id then when i goto registar it says id cannot be used. guess ill just wait a bit then and try later

I got a PS3 yesterday and I atempted to make a new account today and it didnt work... I waited 30 minutes and then tried again.... IT WORKED!
