tv contrast question

im lookin for a tv but whats a better contrast level 10000 to 1 or 1600 to 1 im just not sure which is better higher or lower?

I am almost positive that higher is better.

that 1600 to 1 is probly contrast ratio. and the 10,000 to 1 is dyamic for sure. all tvs have dyamice it just some companys show they tv by dyamic and some show by normal contrast ratio. i think 1600: 1 contrast is the as 13,000:1 copntrast so go with the 1600 to 1
