Dear Ubisoft,

I have felt that I have supported your company for long enough. You have been promoting your products, claiming that they will be better in the future. However, it has been the opposite. Your products have been on the steady decline. Rainbow Six: Vegas still has not received a patch for the playstation 3, so why should I even flirt with the idea that you will take care of your customers this time around? The simple fact is that from a business standpoint, you are lacking(To put it nicely). Now I may receive a response along the lines of

"well why don't you try doing our jobs?"

Well the thing is, it isn't my job, it is yours. I for one hold the people I do business with to certain standards. We are paying customers and it is my personal opinion that you should take care of the customer, plus some. I'm sure if you would have taken a little more time, or a little more effort, you could have fixed these issues. It isn't Sony's fault the game is unplayable (Even though you have had over a year to fix these issues, and your latest product is not a representation of a years work)

I will no longer be purchasing your piss poor products. I will invest my money into products that actually function, and isn't the same redundant game minus the functionality. I would really like to say that I am wrong about your company, but from multiple experiences, I don't think I am.

Regards

And then they'll reply saying "It is unfortunate that you feel this way, we hope in the future to serve you better in terms of your quality. Thank you for notifying us of this situation"

Blog.......hillelslovak

Exactly and this isn't a Ubisoft Letter, it was a post on Ubi's forums from a member displaying his distaste with the problems Vegas 2 is having. Doesn't belong here.

No,, I think its a good thing for all of you to let these companies know directly how you feel. Obviously theirs going to be a lot of big punches thrown by some big companies in the next 3 or so years. But people also need to do these things. More voices heard, the better. And true voices will always be heard over BS. They know if they have a prob, but if they feel they can slide by with it, or if the problem is even deeper than that "we wont talk about that. :P" Preasure will make them have to make choices. Send these letters. I think all should do this whenever you have these opinions. Its good to write it here when upset. But it wont get anymore done than if you write it to them directly. Just many of us are to lazy to send them, if they only have mailing address's, and not e-mails.

Why post that letter here? Do you think Ubisoft cares about the PS3 boards on gamespot? If youe wanna post a letter, thats fine, but send the letter to the right sources, like Ubisoft....

I dont know about you, but I think R6V2 is much better. I think you set your expectations a bit too high. It's a Tom Clancy game. What did you expect? Were you expecting it to mutate into MGS4 or something? *sigh* Blog this.

"Dear jimmy45:

We are truly sorry for not being able to fulfil your expectations but we only want to make money with good looking games and nice stories without caring the quality of the gameplay or online service.

Yours truly, UbiSoft"

Dear jimmy45:

Thanks for you money.

NOW we don't need you, later when EndWar comes we will do something about it. Today... ah... we already got your money.

Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is an excellent game for PS3. All that it needs is a little touch up to be able to connect to servers quicker. Once you're in the server, the game is great.

Not quite sure what's the problem. ^_^

I know right? If that's the case, I'm leading the Assassin's Creed project with Ms. Raymond. ;)

...I've had R6:Vegas since, well, since it came out... I've never had a problem... It was playable for me... maybe your jewish? Your letter looked like something an **** would write, so you must be one. It takes time to make a game, so demanding water from a soda machine is like expecting something out of the ordinary, patches take time too, and well maybe you have been the only with this problem, I have none, others I know have had none.
