80GB PS3 including the retail Warhawk (w/ headset) all in one box for $449. Have that kick in at the end of September and for the holidays drop it to $399, I believe that would destroy the competition. What do you think?

The best offer that you'll find. Better than the OP's idea.
honestly, if Sony really wanted to make some money back, although they should hold off on it until they have a bit larger install base, is charge for PSN, possibly only $20-$30 USD yearly considering that's what it should be worth compared to XBL. Although pissing off all of the users, it would be far more profitable and plus more money could be used to actually making the PSN a more worthwhile service, perhaps actually putting it on par with XBL, which IMO completly blows the PSN out of the water, regardless of Home or not. Home to me is just tacky, instead of focusing on making an online SIMS like community, it should focus on making better use of the PSN button and having full community chat.
sorry meant to say yearly not monthly

$20-$30 monthly???? Are you mad?!? You do know XBL is only $50 a year. No Sony should never charge for PSN, if they did that then they would lose all loyalty.

I agree with the contents of the package and surr i agree with the price but its not realisticPhoenix963yeah, it would really put a dent in the competition, but seriously the losses would kill sony at least this holiday season. Next year, if they did something like that with costs much lower and some of the best titles coming out, i think sony would have an excellent shot at a competitive massacre, but we'll see.

First off, don't advertise. We don't like that. Second, thats Canadian dollars. Thirdly, Being that its canadian, means we (americans) would have to pay extra to send it thru customs.
